AgeShift provides personal training services and facilitates the booking of in-person sessions through our website. Payments can be made online via Stripe, PayPal, or SEPA.

2. Services

Personal Training Sessions: Our services include personalized fitness training programs designed to meet individual fitness goals.
Booking: Users can book in-person training sessions through our website.
Payments: Payments for services can be made securely online using Stripe, PayPal, or SEPA.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Availability is subject to change and will be confirmed upon booking.
Cancellation: Clients can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and SEPA.
Payment Timing: Payment must be made at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in personal training sessions.
Fitness Assessment: An initial fitness assessment may be required to tailor the training program to the client's needs.
Responsibility: Clients participate in sessions at their own risk. AgeShift and its trainers are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after training sessions.

Data Use: Personal information will be used only for the purposes of managing bookings and providing training services.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from our training programs.
